This website artimconsulting.org is operated by AR+TİM Consulting MMC, a limited liability company (MMC) registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan, with its registered address at 29 Nacafqulu Rafiyev Street, Apt. 49, Khatai district, Baku AZ1025, Azerbaijan ("AR+TİM", "we", "us").

• Region preference: the region you select is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us.

• Web3Forms — secure delivery of contact form submissions to our email inbox.
• Our email service provider — receiving and storing email correspondence.
• Google LLC (Google Maps) — only if you choose to load the map on our contact page.

We work across several countries, and some of our providers may process data outside the Republic of Azerbaijan, including in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your data.

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request and follow up, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact — unless a business relationship follows or the law requires us to keep it longer. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period only.
